THE MIXOLOGISTS
Mr. Johnson
Jovan Johnson, a New Jersey native, has been making a name for himself as a bartender and industry innovator in the Lehigh Valley for over a decade. He has taken part in the creation of new and elevated cocktail programs for a number of restaurants from Pennsylvania to New Jersey.

With experience at such establishments as Blue Grillhouse, Three Oak Steakhouse, Toca Vez, and more recently, Thyme Rooftop Restaurant, Jovan is no stranger to high volume or high standards. Always eager to learn and experiment, he always finds new ways to bring his unique approach to the world of mixology and share the knowledge along the way.
Mr. Lutzi
Josh Lutzi, born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, is no stranger to the bars and restaurants in the surrounding area.

For more than a decade, Josh has developed a passion for using his creativity to craft cocktails and delivering exceptional customer service. From private bars to high volume restaurants, he has created a standard in the hospitality industry.
From Pennsylvania to New Jersey, Josh has accumulated an extensive portfolio bartending, managing, and creating bar programs at locations including Emeril’s Italian Table, Emeril’s Fish House, Three Oak Steakhouse, Bar Bix at Townley House, Toca Vez, and Love’s Restaurant & Lounge.

What sets Josh apart as a mixologist is his commitment to originality. Whether infusing spirits with unexpected ingredients or designing visually stunning garnishes that elevate the drinking experience, he believes that every cocktail should tell a story and evoke emotion.
