CRAFT COCKTAIL TRAINING
TRAINING PROGRAM
We at STR pride ourselves on creativity, consistency, and efficiency. Through our training program, staff will be taught about their signature cocktails as well as the classics, proper steps of service, and how to combine fundamental knowledge with modern techniques to build and craft the best cocktails possible.
Knowledge
Our goal is to ensure that every bartender is consistent and performs at the highest level. Whether it’s a modest Monday afternoon or a high volume Saturday night, each customer expects the same quality and standard of service. Cleanliness will also be an important point in our training program. All bar staff will learn to properly open, prep, stock, and close the bar in its entirety.
