The curation of a successful cocktail program goes beyond simply putting a few recipes together and hoping they make money. We at STR believe in taking the time to learn about the task at hand and how to execute it properly to meet the needs of both the client and consultant.

 

We find it important to understand and learn about the environment surrounding the business, as well as the unique theme desired by each client. Using that information, we build the programs with a sense of individuality to the establishment, while also bringing a familiar element to the surrounding community and garnering more attraction.
