We appreciate organization at STR, and believe that it can create smooth service from the flow of the service floor down to the inventory lists. Our goal is to help each bar and/or restaurant to find the necessary means of organization to keep track of inventory, liquor and supply costs, and revenue on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis. We will generate pricing lists based on the alcohol needs of each client, along with full in-house inventory lists for all bar needs including bar tools, dry storage items , garnishes, juices, syrups, etc.

STRATEGY

With the amount of business between the bar and the service floor, it is important that all the functions of the bar can flow properly and minimize the chaos. We take pride in our ability to assess the layout of a bar, whether it be new or seeking improvement, and learn to understand and create the orientation that best complements the restaurant. We will also take note of all necessary bar tools and glassware based on the cocktail program being created to ensure there is enough of everything to allow service to continue throughout the day. Par lists for all alcohol and cocktail supplies will be provided to allow for easy inventory and daily stocking.
